DRYER EXHAUST VENT INSPECTION/CLEANING
The inspection and cleaning of your dryer exhaust vents and related hoses/chutes are to be performed every (4) four years. The deadline for the first cleaning was due by
NOVEMBER 1, 2013. As of November 14, 2013, the Association has not received confirmation from many owners that inspections/cleanings have been performed. Owners must submit a copy of the paid receipt that a Professional Company inspected and/or completely cleaned the dryer vent. If the unit owner elects to clean the dryer vents themselves, a letter must be submitted no later than
DECEMBER 1, 2013 to the Board or Managing Agent advising that the unit owner has inspected and/or cleaned the unit's dryer vent.
Please be aware that if the items are not corrected by the specified date above, you may be called in for a Hearing before the Board of Directors, whereas charges may be assessed against you for such violations of the governing documents, rules or regulations of the Association.
