New Parking Hangtags

As per the letter sent out on June 13th, 2019, new parking hangtags will be handed out before the July 8th Meeting starting at 6 PM.  Please bring your completed registration and your lease if you are a renter.  Your association fees must be current for you to receive your hangtags.  These new tags will go into effect on August 1st, 2019.    If you have any questions please feel free to contact Amy Steliga at a.steliga@cardinalmanagementgroup.com or our community manager  Steve Rugen at s.rugen@cardnicalmanagementgroup.com.

Gas Leak Safety Info

If you suspect that there could be a gas leak, please call 911 and Washington Gas to check the lines. Also, please call Steve Rugen at Cardinal Management, 703-569-5022, concerning a gas leak. If it is after hours, call Cardinal Management Emergency contact number: 1-866-370-2989.

Wind Damage Update:

Please contact the HOA Board or Cardinal Management concerning wind damage to the siding, roof or shingles, gutters and drain spouts on the building exteriors.

Trash and Recycling

Please do not leave trash or bulk items next to the dumpsters. Madison Ridge Condo Association is billed additional for trash that is not placed inside the dumpsters. Please call AAA to pick up large items.

The recycling bins next to our dumpsters are for the recyclable items only as described below.
