A portion of our our condo assessment each month goes to Cub Run Recreation Association (not to be confused with the Fairfax County Recenter). This covers our use of the community pool as well as the tennis courts located next to the pool. To use the tennis courts you will need to request a key from Ryan Courtney, who is also the person of contact to get our pool passes.
