As winter is setting in, this will bring snow and icy sidewalks. Buckets will be placed at each building entrance with Ice Melt. Only use what is in these buckets. These buckets are for use on Madison Ridge Condo sidewalks! If the buckets are removed or empty please notify the board and we will get it replaced/refilled.
Side walks will be shoveled this winter but let's all be good neighbors and if you see the need for a sidewalk to be deiced or cleared help everyone out and take a few minutes to take care of it.
